THIS SEASON: Ranked No. 25 in the ITA final fall national doubles ranking with Sascha Ruckelshausen...Also ranked No. 2 in the North Central Region final fall doubles ranking with Ruckelshausen. 2006-07: A second team all-RMAC selection with partner Sascha Ruckelshausen at No. 1 doubles after winning four out of five league matches...The duo went 14-6 overall and ended the season ranked No. 3 in the region...Won seven in a row from April 9-May 3 and nine of their final 11 matches...Posted a 9-15 singles record, including a 5-14 mark at No. 2 singles...Won two of his final four matches, including a win over Luke Backhaus of Nebraska-Kearney in the conference tournament championship...Earned four consecutive wins to start the fall season, including two in three sets. 2005-06: A first team all-RMAC selection at No. 2 doubles as a 2005-06 sophomore...Posted a 17-8 overall record, most singles wins on the squad...Went 5-0 in league play...Lost just one set in RMAC matches...Ended the season ranked No. 13 in the North Central Region...Won five straight matches from March 13-April 8...Went 4-2 in three-set matches...Went 17-8 overall at No. 1 doubles with Andre Nilsson...Duo ended the season ranked No. 5 in the North Central Region...Team won 10 consecutive matches from March 2-April 8, including an upset of then-No. 6-ranked team from Washburn. 2004-05: A 2005 all-RMAC first-team doubles selection with brother, Will...Duo earned honor at No. 2 doubles after going 11-2 overall, 5-1 in the RMAC in doubles play...Won eight of nine matches to close the season...Also played No. 3 singles and went 8-8 overall, 2-4 in the RMAC. GRANDVIEW HIGH: Played four years of tennis and baseball at Grandview High School, from which he graduated from in 2004...A four-year state qualifier in tennis...Played No. 1 singles during all four seasons...Played third base on the diamond for the Wolves, who won the Centennial League championship as a 2004 senior.
